DECLARATION
For [we are not] ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. { Rom 1:16-17 KJV}

Sunday Message:
YOU ARE MY HELP AND MY DELIVERER
Since I am afflicted and needy, Let the Lord be mindful of me. You are my help and my deliverer; Do not delay, O my God. {Psa 40:17 NASB}
OPENING PRAYER
Mighty God and Father, thank You for gathering us together in fellowship and worship this Holy day. Won't You grant us favor in Your sight by opening our ears, eyes, and souls to receive the message You have prepared. Might we do our part by applying the tenets of Your Holy Word to our daily walk before you. This we ask with one voice in the name of Jesus the Christ, AMEN.
MESSAGE
The keys to building an intimate relationship with HE WHO CREATED YOU are very straight-forward. The Lord made it so that the most intelligent becomes equal with the least in understanding in grasping the reality that JESUS is the LORD! He is the CHRIST! The overwhelming evidence is everywhere we look! In nature, the cosmos, in birth and in death. Each of you are the fleshly similitude of the form of your Creator! You were made in His image!
When once our minds are set on the recognition that Jesus is the real deal, we open our mouth and confess that very realization. We confess our sins and take ownership of the sinful past that we carry.... as slaves of burden. We ask Jesus to fill us with His spirit, releasing us through His horrible sacrifice from the sentence of eternal death passed through the cursed seed of our creation through Adam, so very long ago. In the Garden, Adam was perfect. Unblemished, Sin free. Then he disobeyed, and, here we are.
In the absence of sinless blood no atonement was possible except for the temporal that God allowed until the fleshly birth of Jesus. It would be HIS PERFECT and SINLESS blood that he would shed upon the cross that would be the propitiation that releases us from the death sentence ONCE AND FOR ALL. Jesus did this for His father, and we became the beneficiaries of this wondrous Grace and gift. He did this because He LOVES HIS FATHER, AND THE FATHER'S CREATION!
Psalm 37 tells us: The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, And He delights in his way. Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down; For the LORD upholds him with His hand. --{Psa 37:23-24 NKJV}
Once this beautiful and eternal relationship is forged with Jesus, we cannot be "SNATCHED" out of His hand! We are bound to make errors, and stumble as we progress with our Lord. And when we, who are saved, fall short in error, He is there to give us a hand-up, chastise, and forgive us....when hearing our repentance.
In Pro 14:26-27 NKJV we are taught that--> In the fear of the LORD there is strong confidence, And His children will have a place of refuge. The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, To turn one away from the snares of death.
"I, even I, am He who comforts you. Who are you that you should be afraid Of a man who will die, And of the son of a man who will be made like grass? (13) And you forget the LORD your Maker, Who stretched out the heavens And laid the foundations of the earth; You have feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, When he has prepared to destroy. And where is the fury of the oppressor? [When confronted by GOD Himself!] --{Isa 51:12-13 NKJV}
"Do not be afraid of their faces, For I am with you to deliver you," says the LORD. --{Jer 1:8 NKJV}
From the earliest part of our Bible, Deu 31:6 NKJV Encourages us to "Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you."
King David in {Psa 59:16 NKJV} Opens his arms and raises his eyes to the heavens proclaiming; "But I will sing of Your power; Yes, I will sing aloud of Your mercy in the morning; For You have been my defense And refuge in the day of my trouble." Our protection.
SUMMARY/APPLICATION
Over the majority of my life, my faith in God has always been strong. Always within my view. Well, not always in view, but reasonably close by. As a LATE BLOOMER, My relationship with Jesus was delayed until later in my life. Many of us are or were in the same place today. We finally with conviction realized that Jesus is Peace. Confidence. Patience. Righteousness. Courage. Long Suffering. Strong. Comforting. Honest. Humble. Loving and for each of us, ....HE IS...OUR EVERYTHING!
Today I have a kinship with Jesus that I had not previously perceived. A mixture of all manner of emotions and recollections, of my father, his father, my grand dad. The brotherhood of soldiers, and those brothers and sisters who walk with our Lord as if they were family members.
Well, WE ARE members of the family of Almighty God. Jesus is our Prince, our savior. Jesus is our HIDING PLACE. He preserves us from trouble; He surrounds us with songs of deliverance. SELAH. Ps 32:7
He is our all-in-all, our everything. Not just today or tomorrow, but eternally, FOREVER. He is ours, and We are HIS! Don't be bashful about being very close to Jesus. Include Him in all that you do. He is your SAFE SPACE no matter where you are and will continue to lead and guide you for ever! Never turn down the opportunity to share Him with others.
CLOSING PRAYER
O Lord, in a few days we will gather for Thanksgiving. It is such a shame that just one day of the year is isolated for the honor of giving thanks to You that we even exist. Empower us with wisdom to express thanksgiving to You every moment of every day from this day forward. Let this expression of thanksgiving be as natural as breathing, as regular as the constant rhythm of our beating hearts. Let others see Your reflection through us as we express our devotion and love to You for first loving us!. Let us be thankful every day that we know YOU personally, Jesus the Christ, our Savior, our LORD, AMEN.
THE CALL
If you have never invited Jesus to be your Lord and savior, or, if you have in the past yet remain unsure of salvation and forgiveness of sin, Please pray with me now: Lord Jesus I need to fill a hole in my life that follows me where ever I go. I am a long-time Sinner and I CONFESS and REPENT of all my sins. I believe that You JESUS are the Lord, that you were hung on a cross and died. I believe that you were raised back to life by God, Your Father, ascended into heaven and presently sit at the right hand of The Almighty. Please come into be, clean me, take me and make me Yours and let me serve from this day forward and forever, Thank-You Jesus, AMEN
If you sincerely prayed with me, your salvation has been assured. {Rom 10:9 KJV -That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. }
Waste no time in finding like minded folks, to fellowship with, who also know the lord Jesus. Be introduced to a church that preaches the BIBLE. Email me. Begin the journey that you will never tire of; the discovery of the Majesty, Beauty and loving Power of Jesus the Christ. Welcome to the family!
