WE ARE DUST

For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust.
{Psa 103:14}

Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. {Gen 2:7}

I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. (15) My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the depths of the earth; (16) Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; And in Your book were all written The days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was not one of them.
{Psa 139:14-16}

Do we not all have one father? Has not one God created us? Why do we deal treacherously each against his brother so as to profane the covenant of our fathers? {Mal 2:10}

For in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, 'For we also are His children.' {Act 17:28}

Just as a father has compassion on his children, So the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him. {Psa 103:13}

But He, being compassionate, forgave their iniquity and did not destroy them; And often He restrained His anger And did not arouse all His wrath. (39) Thus He remembered that they were but flesh, A wind that passes and does not return. {Psa 78:38-39}

The Will of The Lord

So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.
{Eph 5:17} For this is the will of God, your sanctification...{1Th 4:3}

"Yield now and be at peace with Him; Thereby good will come to you.
{Job 22:21} "This is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. {Joh 17:3}

And we know that the Son of God has come, and has given us understanding so that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. {1Jn 5:20}

For this reason also, since the day we heard of it, we have not ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, {Col 1:9} that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. (18) I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, (19) and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might. {Eph 1:17-19}

The LORD is my portion

The LORD is my portion; I have promised to keep Your words. {Psa 119:57}

So then let no one boast in men. For all things belong to you, (23) and you belong to Christ; and Christ belongs to God. {1Co 3:21,23}

Looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, (14) who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds. {Tit 2:13-14}

And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church. {Eph 1:22}

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, (27) that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless. {Eph 5:25,27}

My soul will make its boast in the LORD; The humble will hear it and rejoice. {Psa 34:2}

I will rejoice greatly in the LORD, My soul will exult in my God; For He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. {Isa 61:10}

Whom have I in heaven but You? And besides You, I desire nothing on earth. (26) My flesh and my heart may fail, But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. {Psa 73:25-26}

I said to the LORD, "You are my Lord; I have no good besides You." (5) The LORD is the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You support my lot. (6) The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places; Indeed, my heritage is beautiful to me. {Psa 16:2,5,6}

IT IS COMING

"Gather My saints together to Me, Those who have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice." {Psa 50:5}

And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, (28) so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. {Heb 9:27-28}

And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance. {Heb 9:15}

"Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world. {Joh 17:24}

And then He will send His angels, and gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest part of earth to the farthest part of heaven. {Mar 13:27}

If any of you are driven out to the farthest parts under heaven, from there the LORD your God will gather you, and from there He will bring you. {Deu 30:4}

For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. (17) Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. {1Th 4:16-17}

Look around you Brothers and Sisters. Those dark clouds billowing just over the horizon are bringing hatred, violence, vulgarity and enslavement. The Bridegroom will soon arrive. Are your celestial bags packed? Are you ready?

PRINCE OF PEACE

For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. {Isa 9:6}

May he judge Your people with righteousness And Your afflicted with justice. (3) Let the mountains bring peace to the people, And the hills, in righteousness. (4) May he vindicate the afflicted of the people, Save the children of the needy And crush the oppressor. (5) Let them fear You while the sun endures, And as long as the moon, throughout all generations. (6) May he come down like rain upon the mown grass, Like showers that water the earth. (7) In his days may the righteous flourish, And abundance of peace till the moon is no more. {Psa 72:2-7}

"Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased." {Luk 2:14}

Because of the tender mercy of our God, With which the Sunrise from on high will visit us, (79) TO SHINE UPON THOSE WHO SIT IN DARKNESS AND THE SHADOW OF DEATH, To guide our feet into the way of peace." {Luk 1:78-79}

"The word which He sent to the sons of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ (He is Lord of all)— {Act 10:36}

"These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world." {Joh 16:33}

"Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful. {Joh 14:27}

And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. {Php 4:7}
