THE
ULTIMATE PROPHET
Deu
18:18 'I will raise up a prophet from among their countrymen
like you, and I will put My words in his mouth, and he shall speak to
them all that I command him.
From
the very beginning of "all that is", our Lord has been
boldly declaring the coming of the Christ. Jesus has always been the
Grand Intercessor in the dialog between God and man. When Moses was
astounded by the non-consuming burning bush, it was Jesus, the
Intercessor, who spoke the Father's words to him. Moses explained
this intercession to those gathered below the mountain. They were
terrified of the ever living God. It was fine to let Moses get
"sunburned" and not them.
Deu
5:5 ...I was standing between the LORD and you at that time,
to declare to you the word of the LORD; for you were afraid because
of the fire and did not go up the mountain.
Moses
and those chosen who followed to bring the Israelis to the promised
land were not acquainted with Jesus as we know Him. They did know of
The Angel of the Lord.
1Ti
2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator also between God
and men, the man Christ Jesus.
The
one we know as Jesus has been supporting and interceding for us from
the very first verse of the Bible, Genesis 1:1. In Torah, in Hebrew,
there is a two character word that is not translated into our Bibles.
The characters are the Aleph and the Tav. The word is "ayth"
and has no direct translation into english. The word does point to
or suggest an "entity". Now, Aleph is the first letter
of the Hebrew alphabet. The Tav is the last letter. The Beginning
and the End. The First and the Last. Even I can figure out to whom
this is suggesting.

22:13
"I
am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and
the end." Our Lord, Jesus
the Christ!
Do
you know Him? He has been calling you for quite some time. Perhaps
it is time for you to answer His call.
Mat
11:29
"Take
My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in
heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS.
Php
2:5-7 Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in
Christ Jesus, (6) who, although He existed in the form of God, did
not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, (7) but emptied
Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the
likeness of men.
Heb
3:5-6
Now
Moses was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of
those things which were to be spoken later; (6) but Christ was
faithful as a Son over His house—whose house we are, if we hold
fast our confidence and the boast of our hope firm until the end.
