The
fruit of the Spirit is ... faith
(Gal
5:22)
For
by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of
yourselves, it is the gift of God. Without faith it is impossible to
please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that
He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. He who believes in Him is
not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because
he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. –
I do believe; help my unbelief."
But
whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God has truly been
perfected. By this we know that we are in Him: – For in Christ
Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything, but
faith working through love. – But are you willing to recognize, you
foolish fellow, that faith without works is useless? For we walk by
faith, not by sight--
I
have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but
Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live
by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
Though
you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him
now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible
and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith the
salvation of your souls.
