“Also you are to command Bnei-Yisrael, that they are to bring to you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually. (21) In the Tent of Meeting, outside the curtain which is before the Testimony, Aaron and his sons will set it in order, to burn from evening to morning before Adonai. It will be a statute forever throughout their generations, on behalf of Bnei-Yisrael. {Exo 27:20-21 TLV}

"SPRINKLED BLOOD OF ABEL SPEAKS"

Hebrews 12:24

OPENING PRAYER

Awesome Creator of all that there is, thank You for gathering us on this Holy day, in congregation, to worship and to grow in knowledge of You and the life sustaining blood, the elixir that flows through our earthly bodies. Through Your divine grace grant us open ears, eyes, and souls as we receive Your message. In the name above all names, Jesus the Christ, AMEN.

MESSAGE

It is all about the blood. It has always been about the blood. It will continue to the last breath about the blood! The Bible has taught me that God can hear the cry of spilled blood. He knows when it is shed and the why behind it's spilling.

{In Gen 4:8-11}, Cain told Abel his brother [what God had said to him.] Cain was a dirt farmer and presented his crops as offerings to the Lord, but it was Cain's attitude and motivation that was sinful. He rebelled against God, turning his back to the Creator.

Abel became a shepherd thus his offering was the burnt fat of a first born lamb upon the stone altar. Abel believed and sought to obey the commands of God and Abel's offering was well received. Cain's offering was not accepted, due to Cain's unbelief of who God was. And it came about when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him.

(9) Then the LORD said to Cain, "Where is Abel your brother?" And [Cain] said, "I do not know. Am I my brother's keeper?" (10) [God said], "What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood is crying to Me from the ground. (11) "Now you are cursed from the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand. This was the first recorded murder at the hand of man.

The first shedding of blood of a living creature was not by the hand of man, but, by the hand of God Himself, long before the slaying of Abel.

{Gen 3:21} records; "The LORD God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife, and clothed them." A living creature gave its blood, and its skin so that Adam and Eve could cover their nakedness. The nakedness that neither one had any realization that it was different because of their innocence; instantly replaced by LUST! Ahh, that beautifully tasty fruit of knowledge!

After the couple was banished FOREVER from the Garden of Eden, {Deu 12:27} introduces us to the Lord's instructions regarding BLOOD and the SACRIFICIAL ALTAR; The Lord says, "And you shall offer your burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, on the altar of the LORD your God; and the blood of your sacrifices shall be poured out on the altar of the LORD your God, and you shall eat the flesh. And this writing from {Deu 15:23} " "...You shall not eat its blood; you are to pour it out on the ground like water.

Gen 9:1-4 And God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth. (2) "The fear of you and the terror of you will be on every beast of the earth and on every bird of the sky; with everything that creeps on the ground, and all the fish of the sea, into your hand they are given. (3) "Every moving thing that is alive shall be food for you; I give all to you, as I gave the green plant. (4) "Only you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood.

SUMMARY

John the Baptist exclaimed, "Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. The ENTIRE WORLD! This is the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world." His pure sweet blood shed as propitiation for our sins, but especially the original sin, that of Adam, so long ago. We are the seed of the union of Adam and Eve, the first mother, the first father of humans. As such, the sin and the cursed seed is in all of us. The BLOOD of the LAMB offers salvation to those who believe.

The Bible says "it is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats could take away sins." Only a temporary atonement/penalty, one of the shedding of BLOOD for sins committed. Therefore, when Jesus came into the world, He said: "Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body You have prepared for me"; By that we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus the Christ once for all.

When we began receiving this teaching from our Lord today, there was so much Holy power in that very first paragraph; ["Its all about the blood. It has always been about the blood. It will continue to the last breath about the blood! The Bible has taught me that God can hear the cry of the blood. He knows when it is shed and the why behind it's spilling."] This statement is so very profound in that all roads lead to JESUS! {Heb 12:24} ...and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks better [and louder] than the blood of Abel.

And JESUS wept.

CLOSING PRAYER

O' Awesome Lord Jesus, our King and Savior, we are constantly in a state of extreme awe when we consider how frail we truly are in your presence. Our fleshly tents are temporary by Your design, You, however, have always been, are present now, and will always be. We pray with anticipation for the time when we will be with You, serving You, honoring You with love and reverential fear forever. In the name Jesus the Christ, thank You for loving us! AMEN.

Adonai spoke to Moses saying, (2) Tell Bnei-Yisrael to take up an offering for Me. From anyone whose heart compels him you are to take My offering. {Exo 25:1-2 TLV}

OPENING PRAYER

Awesome Creator of all that there is, thank You for gathering us on this Holy day, in congregation, to worship and to grow in knowledge of You and Your Word. Through Your divine grace grant us open ears, eyes, and souls as we receive Your message. In the name above all names, Jesus the Christ, The Messiah, AMEN.

MESSAGE

Do you suppose that our Lord God is really and directly guiding the global events this very moment? Controlling the progress or lack thereof as His long Range plans unfold right before our eyes? Right now? Today?

The Bible tells us that He is and He does!

Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure..{says the Lord} (Isa 46:10 KJV)

Just as Holy Scripture is indeed the LIVING WORD of God, our Lord sees the beginning from the end as well as the end from the beginning. How does the lord do this? He CREATED all of us! He created the universe, and everything you can see touch, taste, and smell. How He does this remains a great mystery until He might elect to tell us...IN THE KINGDOM!

Lets go back to our beginning; ...God created the heaven and the earth. (2) And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. (3) And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. {Gen 1:1-3 KJV}

Notice in these first three verses we find the Father (GOD), The HOLY Spirit of God, AND WE FIND the LIGHT, the WORD! He who would be known as Jesus.

Now we turn a few pages to The Gospel according to JOHN: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (2) The same was in the beginning with God. (3) All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. (4) In him was life; and the life was the light of men. {Joh 1:1-4 KJV}

NOW, Here is my question; What did GOD HIMSELF do immediately after Adam and Eve sinned? They disobeyed the Creator after he made it clear, face to face with Adam not to eat the fruit of that certain tree! She did and then HE did! and GOD ALMIGHTY IMMEDIATELY began executing a future plan for MERCY.

Stay with me, listen to this: A voice is calling, "Clear the way for the LORD in the wilderness; Make smooth in the desert a highway for our God. {Isa 40:3 NASB} So the bearded man preached the word to all who gathered; a man named John, {nick name: The Immerser} the Baptist, son of Zacharias, was ordained before birth by Almighty God to this very mission; to Herald the arrival of the Messiah, the Christ, to all people, convicting them to repent of their sins and to be baptized in water, to be washed clean of their confessed sins in preparation of the Messiah's arrival.

(Mat 3:13-17 NASB) ...Jesus *arrived from Galilee at the Jordan coming to John, to be baptized by him. (14) But John tried to prevent Him, saying, "I have need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me?" (15) But Jesus answering said to him, "Permit it at this time; for in this way it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he *permitted Him.

(16) After being baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove and lighting on Him, (17) and behold, a voice out of the heavens said, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased."

Thus, at 30-years of age, Jesus formally begins the earthly ministry of the savior of the whole world, the creator, the LIGHT of the world. He is the Messiah, the Christ, fully man, fully God.

I return to the book of John and Chapter one;

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (2) He was in the beginning with God. (3) All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. (14) And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. {Joh 1:1-3,14 NASB}

The prophesy about the baptist, found in Luke's book, is being fulfilled right before everyone's eyes!

 

This begs the question; WHY DID JESUS HAVE JOHN BAPTIZE HIM?

He was baptized not for repentance, nor for confession, but to be the supreme example to all mankind that even JESUS, the SON of GOD adheres to that which has been previously prophesied, and will soon be a portion of the Great Commission, whereas in (Mat 28:19-20 KJV) We read: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: (20) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway(s), even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Jesus was baptized to demonstrate to the world that even HE, JESUS, fully GOD, fully MAN complies with the Father's commands! This CHIEF SHEPHERD leads by EXAMPLE!

An extremely important view of this baptism and the ordination of John and John's role as a priest, this is the formal introduction of the ultimate blood sacrifice, that of [Jesus] before the Father, PUBLICLY, for the propitiation of Adam's eternal sin in the Garden. You see, John the Baptist was of the tribe of Levi, and through his father Zacharias, John held a direct blood lineage to Arron and the priestly line.

Almighty God ordained John, before birth, to this important Holy Duty. Making him a Nazirite from birth, as was Samson, and Samuel. A period of about six months separated the births of John then Jesus some months later. Jesus and John were distant cousins.

SUMMARY

But wait, there is more; The "ALL SEEING, ALL KNOWING" Lord God initiated this plan immediately after Adam's great sin (the forbidden fruit).

Four-Thousand-Years earlier, after the great flood and Noah's contribution, and Moses leading the Israelite's out of bondage in Egypt to that day at the Jordan river, John baptized THE ONE who would then cause to be baptized with water and FIRE while delivering the Holy Spirit deeply into the confessing converts. One word....WOW!

(Mat 5:17-18 NASB) {Jesus said} "Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill. (18) "For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished. (Rom 10:4 NKJV) For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

Only our God can envision, plan and carry out a solution to such a great sin that demanded FOUR THOUSAND YEARS to fulfill.

(Rom 8:35,38-39 NKJV) Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? (38) For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, (39) nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We envision a galaxy sized jig-saw-puzzle, every piece pure white. All being joined in the matrix of celestial history in the proper place and order and time by the very hand of God. I hear from deep inside me, the voice of Jesus:

(Rev 1:8 KJV) I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

CLOSING PRAYER

Father, It is so humbling to realize that with each new revelation a whole new realization comes into focus. Events placed in motion by Your majestic power thousands of years ago are maturing in our presence, at the right moment and place. Words cannot describe the depth of our Awe and our love for You grows stronger with every breath we take and every prayer we make. All in the name of Your precious Son, our King, Our GOD, Jesus, AMEN
