SUNDAY MESSAGE

"THEIR REDEEMER IS STRONG"

Jer 50:34

OPENING PRAYER

Ever righteous and Holy Lord, we thank-You for gathering us together in congregation so that we may hear Your message, Your Word, Your guidance on this Holy day. Permit the Bible to come alive in our minds and remove the vail that we might see the majesty of Your being, in Jesus we pray, AMEN

MESSAGE

The Book of Jeremiah is where we anchor on this Holy day. The year is 575 BC and the prophet Jeremiah is communicating a warning that God's judgment against Babylon and Babylonia is now at hand.

Here in chapter 50, verse 34 we read this condensed version of Jeremiah's message and what Babylon will soon face;

{Jer 50:34 nasb} --"Their Redeemer is strong, the LORD of hosts is His name; He will vigorously plead their case So that He may bring rest to the earth, But turmoil to the inhabitants of Babylon."

Time and time again, throughout Biblical history, God's chosen people vacillate back and forth from belief and and obedience then return to rebellion and evil.

As the minor prophet{Amo 5:12}nasb For I know your transgressions are many and your sins are great, You who distress the righteous and accept bribes And turn aside the poor in the gate.

When God has had enough of the rebellion, He often will "GIVE THEM OVER" to those who would enslave or kill them. God would allow the enemies to win the battles, causing His cherished people to suffer for their collective back-sliding, for turning their back and turning away from the Lord! Back and forth, over and over again. DO WE EVER LEARN?

Here are the TOP SEVEN enemies of God's people forged early in Genesis, Chapter 10. Number 1: The Hittites, #2 The Girgasites, #3 The Amorites, #4 The Canaanites, #5 The Perizzites, #6 The Hivites, and Number Seven; The Jebusites. These were the current occupants of the promised land that God had given the Israelites who were led by Moses and now the Lord would dislocate them and give this promised land to them.

In {Psa 89:18-26}nasb Ethan the Ezrahite composes a song of contemplation called a Maskil. Such a psalm is often used to impart wisdom or to teach, or for meditation;

(18) For our shield belongs to the LORD, And our king to the Holy One of Israel.

(19) Once You spoke in vision to Your godly ones, And said, "I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people. (20) "I have found David My servant; With My holy oil I have anointed him, (21) With whom My hand will be established; My arm also will strengthen him.

(22) "The enemy will not deceive him, Nor the son of wickedness afflict him. (23) "But I shall crush his adversaries before him, And strike those who hate him.

(24) "My faithfulness and My lovingkindness will be with him, And in My name his horn will be exalted.

(25) "I shall also set his hand on the sea And his right hand on the rivers. (26) "He will cry to Me, 'You are my Father, My God, and the rock of my salvation.'

The Author of this Psalm also delivered a significant messianic prophesy through the SONG. The Hidden Message is: OUR REDEEMER IS STRONG!

Here in Isa 49:26 we witness how the Lord deals with severe oppression from it's enemies: I caution you, it is not a pleasant thing to suffer at the hand of almighty God; {The Lord is speaking} "I will feed your oppressors with their own flesh, And they will become drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine; And all flesh will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior And your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob."

A bit later in Isa 63:1-4 we join a group of observers watching the approach of a stranger into their midst; Who is this who comes from Edom, With garments of glowing colors from Bozrah, This One who is majestic in His apparel, Marching in the greatness of His strength? "It is I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save." (2) Why is Your apparel red, And Your garments like the one who treads in the wine press? (3) "I have trodden the wine trough alone, And from the peoples there was no man with Me. I also trod them in My anger And trampled them in My wrath; And their lifeblood is sprinkled on My garments, And I stained all My raiment. (4) "For the day of vengeance was in My heart, And My year of redemption has come.

OUR REDEEMER IS STRONG!

As John describes in Joh 3:18-19, "He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (19) "This is the judgment, that the Light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil."

Therefore He is able also to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them. {Heb 7:25}

OUR REDEEMER IS STRONG!

" Why was there no man when I came? [says the LORD], When I called, why was there none to answer? Is My hand so short that it cannot ransom? Or have I no power to deliver? Behold, I dry up the sea with My rebuke, I make the rivers a wilderness; Their fish stink for lack of water And die of thirst." {Isa 50:2}

Many of the psalms have been hymns and used during travels and for temple praise and holy purposes. They are also ready-made prayers for our use. Over the years, the melodies used to support these songs of praise and or prophesy have been lost. Such a shame. I would have loved to hear the actual melody that supports the words and the prayers! How about you?

SUMMARY

Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? (36) Just as it is written, "FOR YOUR SAKE WE ARE BEING PUT TO DEATH ALL DAY LONG; WE WERE CONSIDERED AS SHEEP TO BE SLAUGHTERED." ...(38) For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, (39) nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. {Rom 8:35-39}

As we wrap up this Holy day, commit yourself Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, (25) to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen. {Jud 1:24-25}nasb

SUNDAY MESSAGE

"...ALL HAVE SINNED..."

Rom 3:23

OPENING PRAYER

Mighty Creator and Father, we gather this Holy day with thanksgiving in our hearts knowing that You are in our midst. You are God, we are Your people. We call You Lord, Father, Savior, and King. We value the miracle of the Light of life, the mighty and spoken Word from which everything we see, touch, taste, hear, and rest upon is of You. Thank You for standing in the breech so that we may be set free forever from the satanic bond of sin and washed clean through Your precious and perfect blood. Praise You and Thank You, Lord Jesus, AMEN

MESSAGE

Pensacola Pastor Jerry Passmore addressed our congregation years ago. He spoke of the birth of a grand daughter, or perhaps a GREAT grand daughter. The nursing staff permitted the Pastor to hold, pray over and lift up his new addition the the family. According to Jerry's own lips, and as he raised the precious child so as to look directly at her tiny face and into her eyes, he exclaimed, "Welcome into this world you beautiful little SINNER!!" Now, in this moment the work begins to raise this child in the Light of the Word of God! Let the first order of business be LOVE! {"You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might."} (Deu 6:5)

New born children have the seed of sin in them, however, it is my discovery that the little children are held innocent in the eyes of the Lord. Upon reaching an age of reason, whereby the child has a firm grasp on RIGHT and WRONG, GOOD and EVIL, {Usually at or around 12 to 13 years of age} they are then held fully responsible and accountable regarding sinful behavior. The training and preparation for this accountability begins in infancy. We raise them to make the right decisions at the right time and LOVE others bringing glory to God!

How did all of this sin get started? What happened that caused the entire population of this earth to be born with the seed of sin?

The Garden of Eden. Paradise! Perfect in every way. Here, God fashioned Adam, the first man, out of the clay of the earth. The Lord saw that Adam needed a help mate, and from a rib removed from his body, God made woman, bone of Adam's bone and blood of his blood. As with all of His creatures, God said "Be fruitful and multiply" {Gen 1:28}

Adam was the Lord's gardener, and the Lord told him that he and his bride could eat of all the fruits of all of the trees except the tree in the middle of the garden. The lord told him that if he ate of that tree, he would surely die!

One day, Eve was deceived by the serpent, she ate of the forbidden fruit, offered it to Adam and he ate. The first SIN was committed, and the penalty was death, eternal death. Since Adam was the first man, and Eve, the first woman, the seed in us is the seed of transgression. The eternal penalty of eternal death is in us from birth. No one on this earth meets the requirements of God in order to release us from this penalty of sin. Whoever it might be must be perfect, having never sinned, with perfect blood and willing to give His own life for every sinner on this earth!! Who is this perfect person? His name is JESUS!

But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all.. and on all who believe. For there is no difference; for WE all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. (Rom 3:21-26) NKJV

All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.--ROM. 3:23.

As it is written: "THERE IS NONE RIGHTEOUS, NO, NOT ONE; THERE IS NONE WHO UNDERSTANDS; THERE IS NONE WHO SEEKS AFTER GOD. THEY HAVE ALL TURNED ASIDE; THEY HAVE TOGETHER BECOME UNPROFITABLE; THERE IS NONE WHO DOES GOOD, NO, NOT ONE." (Rom 3:10-12)

Solomon proclaims ..."there is not a just man on earth who does good And does not sin." (Ecc 7:20)

How then can man be righteous before God? Or how can he be pure who is born of a woman? (Job 25:4) The truth and simple answer is man can't, meaning he is not capable of ridding himself of sin. Hard work or extensive training will not benefit to this end, nor any kind of charity work or sacrifices, even the blood of animals will not result in permanent relief or release of sins. The Blood of Jesus is the only cure and the Grace of God is the only invitation. Grace is a GIFT, unmerited.

Let us therefore fear, lest a promise be withdrawn for allowing us to enter into his rest, and any of you should risk in coming short of receiving it. (Heb 4:1) King David stumbled into lustful sin with Bathsheba, wife of one of his soldiers. The woman became pregnant with the King's baby. The aftermath thereof resulted in David arrangeing the murder of the soldier and the Lord brought the death of the baby, following the birth. David dropped to his knees and prayed; "I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. Behold, I was conceived in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, And cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions, And my sin is always before me." (Psa 51:3)

Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts, And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. (Psa 51:2-7)

The Lord. . . hath put away thy sin; thou shalt not die.--Whom he justified, them he also glorified.--We all, with open face are beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.--"if indeed you continue in the faith firmly established and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel that you have heard, which was proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, was made a minister." (Col 1:23)

Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I do my share on behalf of His body, which is the church, in filling up what is lacking in Christ's afflictions. (Col 1:24)

SUMMARY

(Rom 1:18-32) For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, (19) because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them.

(20) For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. (21) For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. (22) Professing to be wise, they became fools, (23) and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals and crawling creatures.

(24) Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them. (25) For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. (26) For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, (27) and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.

(28) And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper, (29) being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice; they are gossips, (30) slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, (31) without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unmerciful; (32) and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them.

ALL OF MANKIND HAVE SINNED, SO FEW HAVE REPENTED!

In these last days we readily see the infected view of those who worship evil. Who render deep devotion to power, wealth, position...or...THEMSELVES!

So many will never see the New Jerusalem. Will never taste the fruit of joy. No. their eternity will be complete absence of Light, darkness and gnashing of teeth, separated from God, from Jesus, in anguish FOREVER. Turn your Bible to The Book of Zechariah; (Zec 13:8-9) - "It will come about in all the land," Declares the LORD, "That two parts in it will be cut off and perish; But the third will be left in it. (9) "And I will bring the third part through the fire, Refine them as silver is refined, And test them as gold is tested. They will call on My name, And I will answer them; I will say, 'They are My people,' And they will say, 'The LORD is my God.'" Say YES! to Jesus, welcome Him into your heart! Walk worthy of God, who hath called you unto his kingdom and glory. {1 TH 2:12}

WALK WORTHY!

CLOSING PRAYER

O' wise and merciful God, Lord Jesus, author of Light that is Life itself, hear our pleading on this holy day; grant to those in this tiny congregation Your spiritual wisdom, discernment and equip us to pray effective prayers of intercession and be useful tools in Your hands while presenting the truth of the Gospel of Christ to those, whom we encounter, who have not made a decision to receive Jesus. Open our eyes to the potential of using the skills and talents You have already instilled in us, to accomplish Your will, using Your way. Be with us when we step out..IN Your Name.. SABBATH & SUNDAY WORSHIP MESSAGE

{LX 642-15}

DECLARATION

For [we are not] ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. { Rom 1:16-17 KJV}

Sabbath Meditations

"SHEMINI" (Eighth)

Leviticus 9:1-11:47, Ezekiel 45:18-46:15, Mark 9:1-13

It came to pass on the eighth day that Moses called Aaron and his sons and the elders of Israel. And he said to Aaron, "Take for yourself a young bull as a sin offering and a ram as a burnt offering, without blemish, and offer them before the LORD. (Lev 9:1-2)

SUNDAY MESSAGE

"...IN EVERYTHING YOU WERE ENRICHED..."

1Co 1:4-6 NKJV

OPENING PRAYER

Awesome Creator and Father, we are granted by Your will and Grace the privilege of sojourning on this earth for a very short period of time. Through the 70, 80, or 90 + years allotted to us, remove the scales from our eyes so we might see clearly the words You have written on our hearts long before we were created. Grant us a healthy addiction in placing You and the Kingdom First and foremost in all our earthly doings. We pray this in the name of Jesus the Christ, AMEN

MESSAGE

I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given you in Christ Jesus, that in everything you were enriched in Him, in all speech and all knowledge, even as the testimony concerning Christ was confirmed in you, so that you are not lacking in any gift, awaiting eagerly the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will also confirm you to the end, blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. (1Co 1:4-8 NASB)

Have you ever noticed how family dynamics change in an instant when a child is born?

For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. For one will hardly die for a righteous man; though perhaps for the good man someone would dare even to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. {Rom 5:6-8 NASB}

"In him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. And we are complete in him, who is the head of all principality and power." WOW! What a statement, what a TRUTH! I could stand here all day long and tell you about these and many other Truths. I could read out loud back-to-back scripture for hours at a time. None of this would be very productive unless those hearing were willing hear and to believe, commit and sincerely embrace JESUS as your personal Savior.

In {Jhn 15:4}, Jesus says; "Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine; neither can you, except if you abide in me. I am the vine you are the branches: he that abides in me and I in him, this brings forth much fruit: but without me you can do nothing."

I can tell you in good faith that Jesus is more concerned with where you are heading today than where you have been in the past. You are a sinner, plain and simple, and He knows that. We all have done things that we are not proud of, or acts that still brings us to a sense of shame. His concern is for your future! He made you.

{Rom 7:18} For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. In {Eph 4:7} we find the following written; But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ's gift. The Lord's measure is unending!

When Jesus breathed His last and gave up His spirit to His Father, He willingly took on himself all of the sin of all the world's population, carrying it on His shoulders to His death. Jesus took our place and released us from Adam's original sin.

We were saved BY GRACE,[alone] IN FAITH, [alone] through JESUS, [alone] according to HOLY SCRIPTURE, all in GLORY TO GOD! [alone] Jesus became the ONLY DOOR to the KINGDOM of HEAVEN. No one enters the Kingdom except by JESUS. Through HIM we are ENRICHED!

{Col 3:16-17} Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.

SUMMARY

There remains yet another mighty tool to always keep handy and ready to use. Along with Grace, Faith, and Holy Scripture, this tool is a most powerful key to Celestial Holy Communication. Prayer! The ultimate ENRICHMENT.

Prayer combined with Holy Scripture forms this unbreakable bond, [this incredible blessing] through Jesus the Christ, that paves the way to the Kingdom; Then [Jesus] lifted up His eyes toward His disciples, and said: "Blessed are you poor, for yours is the Kingdom of God." {Luk 6:20 NKJV}

As we opened this message, so shall we close it; [Paul writes]; "I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord." (1Co 1:4-9 KJV)

Seek the Kingdom FIRST, while continuing in Prayer; Jesus said in John 3:3, NKJV: "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God."

CLOSING PRAYER

O' Holy Spirit that resides in us, guide us, we pray, to be consistent and with Holy purpose to habitually seek Your favor in all that we do. From the moment we stir from our slumber in the mornings to the closing prayers at bed time, lead us, O Lord, grant us the words that only our souls can utter, and cause us to develop this Holy routine each and every day. In the name of Jesus the Christ, AMEN.

DOXOLOGY

Praise God, from Whom all blessings flow;

Praise Him, all creatures here below;

Praise Him above, Ye heaven-ly host;

Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost

Amen
